Pangram ★Perfect pangram
SpellScout uses the Collins game dictionary. A daily puzzle may accept a different editorial list.
How the solver works
Put the required letter in the center box and the other six letters in the outer box. The solver keeps words that are at least four letters long, contain the center letter, and use no letters outside the set.
Letters can repeat inside a word. Results are grouped by length, and the score appears beside each word. Tap a word to check its meaning and validity in other games.
Spelling Bee scoring
The target rounds up to the next whole point. It gives you a useful benchmark without revealing individual words.
Why the word list may differ
SpellScout uses the Collins game dictionary. A daily puzzle has an edited answer list, so it may reject a valid Collins word or accept a word that is not in our data.
This solver is built for any seven-letter set. It does not publish daily answers or copy another puzzle's archive.
Frequently asked questions
How do I use the Spelling Bee solver?
Enter the required center letter in the first box and the six outer letters in the second. SpellScout finds Collins words that use only those seven letters and contain the center letter.
Can letters repeat in a Spelling Bee word?
Yes. Each of the seven letters appears once in the puzzle, but a word can reuse any of them. Every word must still contain the center letter.
What is a pangram?
A pangram uses all seven puzzle letters at least once. A perfect pangram uses each letter exactly once, so it is seven letters long.
How does the solver calculate points?
A four-letter word earns 1 point. A word with five or more letters earns 1 point per letter. A pangram also receives a 7-point bonus.
Will the solver match every daily puzzle answer?
Not always. SpellScout searches the Collins game dictionary, while daily puzzles use their own edited answer lists. You may see a Collins word that a particular puzzle does not accept, or an accepted answer that is absent here.
